A. RATES, VALIDITY & SURCHARGES
● All rates are NET basis and non-commissionable for agents and are quoted in United States Dollar (USD)
● Rates exclude bank transfer or credit card charges
● Rates are based on the lowest room category, inclusive of breakfast
● Rates are not valid during super peak periods (e.g., Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Holy Week,
festivals, and special events). Additional surcharges apply during these times and a minimum stay of 3–4
nights is required.
● DEC 24 & 31: NO CHECK OUT POLICY & Mandatory Gala Dinner for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve
● Surcharges may also apply if the booking falls below the minimum required number of persons
B. RESERVATION & BOOKINGS
● All reservations must be made through inbound@shrofftravel.com.
● Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or the required deposit.
● Accounts must be settled on or before the specified deadline; otherwise, all reservations and services will be
automatically released. Requests for deadline extensions may be entertained but are not guaranteed, and will be
subject to availability and applicable surcharges.
● Any changes or amendments to confirmed bookings are subject to applicable fees and policies.
● To guarantee a reservation, kindly provide a copy of the deposit slip or credit card details no later than the
given deadline.
● Non-guaranteed bookings will be automatically released on the given option date, and any re-booking will be
subject to availability and surcharges.
● All booking vouchers and tickets will be provided 3 days before departure.
C. CHANGES AND AVAILABILITY
● Rates and room availability are subject to change without prior notice.
● Itinerary timings and activities are subject to local weather conditions or other unavoidable circumstances and
may change accordingly
● Changes to the itinerary (e.g., flight schedules or additional services) are not permitted post-confirmation or may
incur additional charges

E. STANDARD CHECK-IN/OUT TIMES
● Most hotels follow a standard check-in time of 1400H - 1300H and check-out time of 1100H - 1200H unless
otherwise specified
● Early check-in or late check-out will incur additional charges and is subject to room availability
F. PAYMENT METHODS
● Bank Transfer: Payments should be made to the bank account specified in the invoice. The client/ agent is
responsible for covering any associated bank charges
● Credit Card: Payments can be made using major credit cards (Master & Visa) via secured payment link. A 3.5%
Transaction fee will apply, which must be covered by the client/agent.
● Proof of deposit, bank or telegraphic transfer should be sent immediately upon confirmation of booking.
1) At the time of booking you need to deposit INR 20000/- as token amount towards land part (In case Flights booked with us full flight payment will be required to issue the air tickets). Once the booking is confirmed and we will reconfirm the same and share payment schedule for balance amount. Balance payment can be paid in 3-4 installments depending upon the departure dates. Once all the payments are completed then confirmed Hotel vouchers will be released to you.
2) In case of any delay in payment due to Justified Reasons please inform us to update the new date in the system and you can pay accordingly.
3) Please note the payments need to be transferred as per given schedule and must end 25 days before the Departure date.
1. HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
● Cancellations will be subject to the hotel's policy upon receipt of booking confirmation. Detailed
cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking confirmation
● For in-house guests who decided to shorten their stay, payment for the unused nights is strictly
non-refundable
