ITALY PACKAGE

1) At the time of booking you need to deposit INR 10000/- as Advance for processing your booking.Once the booking is confirmed and we will share Hotel confirmation number with you and In case you want to cross check your booking with Hotel please feel free to do the needful.Balance payment can be paid in 3-4 installments depending upon the departure dates.Once all the payments are completed then confirmed Hotel vouchers will be released to you.

2) In case of any delay in payment due to Justified Reasons please inform us to update the new date in the system and you can pay accordingly.

3) Please note the payments need to be transferred as per given schedule and must end 25 days before the Departure date.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY 

1. From Date of booking cancellation of INR 5500 per person applicable till 30 days before travel date
2. From 21 to 30 days - the cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.
3. Less than 21 days - Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
4. No show - Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
5. In case of Non Refundable booking same shall be advised at the time of processing booking.
6. If Due to RTPCR( Covid report) being positive cancellation charges of Airlines will apply as per their policy and we will share Covid report with Resort enabling us to reschedule your travel in future dates.Time frame given by resort will be shared to you once we receive from resort reservations.
7. Please note the amount paid will not be refunded and will be given to you in the form of Credit Shell / Credit Note which you can utilize for future Booking. 

Cancellation Policy is subject to change. It purely depends upon the cancellation policy of Respective Hotels & Airlines.

• Standard check in times is 1400 hrs & check out time is 1200 hrs - May vary from one country to another.
• Any amount paid towards Activities / Services not utilized during Tour are totally non refundable and under no circumstances will be refunded.
• We are not responsible for any visa rejection and Visa fees and service charge is not refundable.
• RTPCR IS COMPLUSORY IF CLIENT IS TRAVELLING/STAYING IN ABU DHABI

TCS( Tax Collected at Source)

Applicable on International Bookings only -As per new Govt Norms effective 01 OCT 2020 - TCS applicable  5% on landpackage amount other than Airfare.Additional cost is not included in Package Cost and is Payable Extra.Same amount will be deposited in your Pan Card which you can claim at the time of filing your Income Tax Return.For Example your TCS ( Tax Collected at Source) given to us is INR 5000.We will deposit the same amount in your Pan Card and while filing your ITR you have to pay Income Tax of INR 10000/-.But you will pay only INR 5000 ( As we have already deposited INR 5000 in advance which you paid us)

Here is a must take list that you should carry while traveling:

• Passports
• Flight Tickets
• Hotel Voucher
• CovidTest Report (Requirement of report varies from Country to country - Travel Expert will guide you accordingly before booking)
• Travel Insurance if taken

1) Please note as per Maldivian Immigration Tourists must carry USD 100 per person per day.

2) Arrival Flights in Maldives - Please note for Resorts/Properties In Maldives operated by Seaplane one must arrive before 2:50 PM in Male Airport in order to ensure seaplane transfers to booked resorts.

3) Departure Flights from Maldives- Seaplanes operate during daylight hours only and In case of departure Flight Should be booked after 10 AM on day of departure.

4) In case of Bad weather / Technical Issues with Trans Maldivain Airlines ( Seaplane Operator) In Maldives if seaplane is not operated Holidays 2 Cherish / Resort cannot be held responsible for same and Client has to make his/her own arrangements in Male city at their own cost However Holidays 2 Cherish will be available 24X7 for any guidance or support.

5) Speedboat Transfers are combined transfers until unless all guests of the booked resort dont  arrive you might have to wait for sometime.

6) Hotels / Resorts In Maldives reserve the right to swap the bookings - That is Room categories ( Beach villas or Water Villas) as per their occupancy or requirements.

7)All Sightseeing/Tours/Transfer are on Sharing basis until unless paid for private 

8) No Refunds for Tours and services booked but not availed during the trip 

9)Visa  issuance is subject to approval from respective embassies of countries. Holidays 2 Cherish doesnt gaurantee issuance of VISA  and Fees/ Service charge paid towards same is non refunadble
